A beautifully renovated holiday home close to family friendly Little Beach
Bay Serene is in the leafy Little Beach area, perfectly situated between Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay and only a few minutes drive to either for restaurants, cafes, boutique shopping and activities. From your back door, its just a few hundred metres across the open reserve to the sandy shore of beautiful Little Beach. This peaceful and startlingly pretty beach offers lovely calm water swimming with a playground and grassy reserve area for the kids to run around. There are BBQ facilities for a picnic, or you can dine on fresh, yummy seafood over the water at popular Little Beach Boathouse. Be sure to bring the boat, as it also has a boat ramp, and there is space in the driveway of your holiday home to park it when you're done for the day. Just a little further around the coast is Fly Point, a protected aquatic sanctuary that is great for scuba diving or snorkelling.
This double storey house has been fully renovated and now boasts polished floorboards and an air-conditioner in every room. It offers open plan living and dining with a flat screen TV, DVD player and CD player, and a modern kitchen including a coffee machine (ALDI pods), dishwasher, microwave, cooktop and oven. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other 2 rooms each with 2 single beds, a main bathroom with shower and toilet and an internal laundry with washer and dryer. If you'd prefer to cook your BBQ at home rather than over on the reserve, there is a Weber coals BBQ available.
There is driveway parking for one car or a boat.

Fabulous location and spacious house!
The location is hard to beat, literally a two minute walk across the park to Little Beach.
Little Beach is a beautiful beach with warm, cam water and the most amazing sunsets.
The house is really spacious and well stocked. You even get a view of the sea from one of the dining areas. A couple of dirty shelves and bedding, but that’s the fault of the agency that look after these properties and would be the same no matter where you stayed in the area i’d imagine.
The only thing we missed was having a balcony as there isn’t a real outdoor setting to have a glass of wine once the kids are in bed! Other than that it was really a great and very comfortable house though. Would definitely recommend.
It is also 100 metres from little beach boathouse, one of the most amazing bars we’ve been to with a deck right on the water. Didn’t make it to the restaurant unfortunately but it looked great.
