Follow the paved walkway to Little Beach (500m) just across the road for calm water swimming, a children's playground, picnic area, toilet amenities, BBQ's, a boat ramp. It's also only 500m to Wests Nelson Bay or a few minutes drive to Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay for cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping – the ideal location for a relaxed beachside holiday. This property also has a communal spa located in the games room for you to enjoy.
This neat and tidy ground floor unit is perfect for your next holiday stay in Port Stephens. It offers a tiled, air-conditioned open plan living area with comfortable seating, an android Smart TV, Bluetooth sound bar, ceiling fan and glass sliding doors out to a covered patio area with outdoor setting overlooking beautiful, lush gardens. The kitchen comes equipped with microwave, new coffee pod machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and a stove, and the dining space is fitted with a solid wooden table and 8 chairs, and also has access to the outdoor patio area. There is split system air-conditioning throughout the unit.
The large main bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and a private ensuite with shower and toilet, and there are 2 other bedrooms, one with a tri-bunk (double on bottom and one on top) and the other with 2 single beds. The main 3-way bathroom comes equipped with a wheelchair friendly shower, plus a bath and toilet, and the internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer. You will have access to 2 car spaces – one in communal lockup garage and one open car space that can accommodate a boat up to 5.5m long.

Fantastic location !
This was our 3rd stay at Bay Parklands and our 2nd time at this very unit.
I would say it's a perfect one as it's positioned at the ground level and right opposite the swimming pool.
Unit it's self was clean and neat. Had everything that was advertised and much more ...
You will have access to greatest "backyard" that leads you a short stroll down to the Little Beach.
If you love aussie wild life this is a perfect spot. Rainbow lorikets will be joining you for a morning tea - they love sweet fruits- will eat from your hand. Early mornings you will be able to see a little bunny jumping around, in the day you can spot lizards and later in the night you will have visit from possums.
It takes just a few minutes walk up to the Lighthouse - stunning views and great cafe.
It's about 10min walk away from the famous Fly diving spot and about 30min walk from the busy Nelson Bay centre.
Perfect spot for families with children. We will definitely be coming back.

Great spot for a holiday
Lovely position and very comfortable. There was an issue with the cook top and getting it to work with the appropriate cook ware. Aside from that, it was lovely.

Disappointed regular Bay Parklands guests
Holiday info at Bay Parklands for over 25 years. Never stayed in this unit before.
Sadly it did not meet basic expectations. The lounge suite was so hard we sat at the kitchen table. Some lights and remotes to fans not working.
Doona covers were unclean with blood marks on them.
