Bay Parklands is a family friendly complex with a pool, spa, tennis court, established gardens and plenty of grass areas for the kids to play – the ideal location for a relaxed beachside holiday. A short pathway leads to beautiful Little Beach for calm water swimming, picnics, BBQ's, a boat ramp and Little Beach Boathouse, a popular restaurant overlooking the water, and just a little further along the coast is Fly Point, a protected aquatic sanctuary where you can snorkel or dive to see the thriving marine life. A 600m stroll from your apartment takes you to Wests Nelson Bay, and it's just a few minutes drive to Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay for cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping.
This unit is on the first floor, overlooking the gardens and just 100m from Little Beach. The open plan living and dining features a flat screen TV, Foxtel, DVD player, CD player with iPod dock and a 6-seater dining set, and leads out to the balcony with comfortable seating and a gas BBQ for alfresco dining. The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, pod coffee machine (Aldi Expressi), microwave, stove and a breakfast bench with bar stools. There are 3 bedrooms (offering a queen bed, 2 single beds, tri-bunk and a portacot), with an ensuite and ceiling fan in the main, plus a modern bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, and an internal laundry with washer a dryer. Parking is included for 2 cars, with one secure undercover car space plus one off-street car space.

Great unit
3 bedroom 2 bathroom property. Great unit. Kitchen is well stocked with everything from champagne glasses to egg cups. Very clean.

Great place for a holiday

Lovely accommodation close to the beach
We rented this property during Xmas time, a bit pricy but ok for peak season. Overall the complex and the property are well maintained, just the outdoor furnitures are dirty. The location is perfect, right across the beach. Highly recommended accommodation for a family holiday

Great location but significant issues
The property is in a perfect location, but there are several issues.
There is no exhaust in either of the bathrooms, one of the bedroom doors doesn't close, and the cleaning was not up to scratch, along with many other little issues, so would not stay again.
