We think they are the best views in Lorne. Panoramic southern ocean coastline, the Great Ocean Road & the Otway National Park, its pretty special. As is the location. Nestled into the Lornes golden cul de sac, the photos speak volumes. Queens park across the road, 150m from the beach and a short stroll into town.
The home itself is a mix of 'House in the Hamptons' and your classic weatherboard Aussie beach home. In other words plenty of natural light, open spaces, warm contemporary furnishings and an overall fun, unpretentious feel. Imagine taking an 80's beach home and completely refurbishing with all the latest furnishings and gadgets. Presto Alush.
Living spaces are generous and tick a whole bunch of boxes for amenity. In particular, check out the electric modular recliner upstairs. Super comfy! The downstairs second living zone is unbelievably spacious and can serve as a fourth bedroom (fold out couch), kids hideout, games room and more.
Bedrooms upstairs are your stand queen bedrooms, one with en suite and the other sharing a main bathroom. Downstairs the third bedroom is huge, and can easily accommodate a small family with double bed and bunk.
Mature gardens surround the two story dwelling giving a sense of place and grandeur. Whilst on a steep block, the off street parking and garage to the rear allow for level access to the home. Other key features include wood fire, Free Wi-Fi, WebberQ.
