The space
The apartment is one of two sitting side by side on the top floor facing out into the bush and ocean beyond. The unit consists of two bedrooms. The first bedroom containing a Queen size bed. The second bedroom contains a single bed and a bunk bed. The bunk bed consists of a double bed on the bottom and a single on top. The bathroom contains a toilet, shower, washer and dryer. It has a fully functional kitchen including a Smeg oven/stove and a microwave.
The apartment is very well insulated with all windows fitted with 'Low E' glass or double glazing. This along with a very efficient reverse cycle air-con, makes the apartment warm and comfortable in the depths of winter, and cool in summer.
It is ideally suited for couples, a group of friends, or moderate sized family. Alternatively if you were to book the adjoining four bedroom apartment (Albert 1) it would be perfect for two to three families.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules” . Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
