*Living and Entertainment*
As soon as you arrive in the peaceful neighbourhood, you’ll be greeted with tall trees and a well-kept lawn. The place feels refreshing and calm with its fresh air and tranquil atmosphere. A spacious fenced courtyard with outdoor furniture is just at the side of the house. It’s the perfect spot to bond over BBQ and socialise with the rest of the family.

Inside, there’s an elegant living room with a small gas heater and a flat-screen TV with access to the courtyard. A lovely dining area adjacent to the living room has large windows, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor views while you dine. Cooking and preparing meals is also convenient with its full kitchen, modern amenities, and equipment. You'll be tempted to prepare a feast with a full-sized fridge and freezer, oven, stove, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, and more. It also has a breakfast bar for casual meals and a great place for guests to linger while you cook.

Go upstairs to find another comfortable and spacious living room. The place has Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. For more recreational activities, head over to the games area, which has a convertible games table consisting of a pool table, a ping-pong table and air hockey along with books, and more. Take in the calm air and the filtered views of the mountain from the verandah with outdoor furniture.

While the place is naturally airy, it also has split-system air-conditioning to ensure your comfort. There’s also a kitchenette where you can make quick meals conveniently.

This holiday house can accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All 4 bedrooms are spacious and bright with huge windows. The bathrooms are also tidy, clean, and uncluttered spaces.

*Location*
While in Apollo Bay, you should take the Great Ocean Walk, which is a long walking trail that could take days. But you don't have to complete the hike; you can still enjoy the national parks and oceanfronts along the way; it's just around 550m away. You can also swim and enjoy Shelly Beach, just 12 minutes away. Enjoy some wildlife at the Wildlife Wonders to watch koalas, potoroos, and more. It's about 5.9 kilometres away by car. If you don't want to go any further, there is a school playground just across the road from Alba where your children can run around and play. Just 400m away is a community indoor heated pool. If you want to go shopping, the Apollo Bay Township is just a 6-minute walk away.
