Will Creedon

Will Creedon

With 25 years of hospitality experience, Will Creedon has successfully operated multiple styles of tourism and leisure businesses across the globe.

Born and bred in Ireland, Will settled in Australia almost 20 years ago to work with the Roche family, developing the popular Harrigans Irish Pubs chain, assisting in the establishment and as General Manager of Hunter Valley Gardens, incorporating the southern hemisphere's largest commercial attraction garden as well as numerous associated hospitality businesses.

In December 2008, Will ventured to Newcastle, to operate a well known hotel and since has owned, grown and managed a number of successful restaurants, cafes, bars and accommodation offerings, as well as establishing numerous community events. For the last 10 years Will has turned his full direction to the accommodation industry, notably the short-term holiday rental sector and has established Alloggio as the leading aggregator in the country of holiday rental agencies. He is committed to spearheading the charge of the industry in Australia and beyond with a true focus on commanding industry best practice and expertise.

Kent Davidson

A highly versatile hotel business leader with proven abilities across all aspects of hotel asset management and operations, Kent has turned his invaluable of over 20 years hotel and hospitality expertise to the short-term rental environment. His talent in developing partnerships, leading diverse teams to cohesive business goals, delivering owners’ and boards stated strategic and financial objectives ensures he is well-established to deliver across Alloggio's operations.

Kent's extensive career has seen him work with a portfolio of ASX listed companies including Flight Centre and Mantra Group. He has successfully tripled hotel portfolios, raised capital and equity partnerships, managed international resorts, overseen strategic business development, sales and marketing distribution and financial control and management. His diplomatic approach, commercial acumen and strategic direction are his founding pillars of success.

Michael Snyman

Michael Snyman

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Michael joins Alloggio after an extensive career at Flight Centre as CFO for the Australian/New Zealand Business and recently as Global Chief Commercial Officer of its Corporate Traveller Brand. During his time at Flight Centre he has lead a team as large as 350 finance professional across 30 different brands and business models. Michael played an integral role in navigating the business through the Covid pandemic which crippled the travel industry and has helped reshape and build the business back into one of the biggest travel retailers in the world.

Prior to Flight Centre, Michael held Executive Finance roles in Krat Foods, Mondelez and the listed low cost airline 1time Holdings.

Michael is passionate about the commercial and strategic role of finance, the importance of robust governance and risk frameworks and the need to constantly reinvent yourself as a company, a function and an individual in order to stay relevant.

Sean Sullivan

Sean Sullivan is a business process fanatic with over 30 years of experience, specialising in process transformation. He has extensive expertise in working for Startups to Fortune 500 companies. Sean was part of the Sydney Organising Committee for the Olympic Games. He has delivered strategic business solutions on every continent, he has also worked for National Foods Ltd, Beckman Coulter INC, Danaher Corporation.

Sean brings to Alloggio his outstanding ability to provide solutions to the most nuanced of problems. His deep well of experiences enables him to respond, pivot and operate across a diverse range of business needs and development requirements. His management of the Development Operations team ensures their full capability to deliver effectively and efficiently for the multiple brands and entities that encompass Alloggio.

Harriet Filewood

Harriet Filewood

With over 20 years of experience in the holiday rental & tourism industry across the UK and Australian markets, Harriet brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her position as National Performance Manager - Holidays. As the previous owner of a holiday rental company herself, she has built a management company from the ground up, and was heavily involved in industry regulation and quality control. Her multi faceted expertise knows no bounds.

Her credentials lie with driving processes and procedures across the holiday rental brands, driving company alignment in compliance and capability. Her leadership skills enable the front line staff to succeed to the best of their abilities and she continually strives to drive an environment of high staff morale and loyalty.

Matthew Camp

Matthew Camp

Matthew has entrenched expertise in accommodation revenue and distributions management across numerous Australian businesses. With over 10 years of working in this space he brings with him transformative revenue management practice, multi platform experience, pricing and yield optimization and leadership in his market outlook and forecasting capabilities.

His range includes revenue and distribution management for both hotels and holiday accommodation, with a particular focus on the luxury market and key expansion across these sectors. He is an expert in establishing aligned platforms and statistical standards with RGI growth year-on-year. His ability to implement and manage dynamic pricing and his in depth system knowledge makes him the driving force behind Alloggio's revenue strategy.

Cameron Arnold

Cameron Arnold

In a career within the tourism and hospitality industry that spans over 35 years Cameron is recognised as a leader in his field. He has held senior management and executive roles in hotel operations, owned multiple tourism businesses, founded the revolutionary “pop-up hotel” glamping business – Flash Camp and represented the industry on multiple boards and advisory groups. In 2016, Cameron was awarded the highest individual accolade for the NSW Tourism Industry for “Outstanding Contribution by an Individual”.

The active roles Cameron currently undertakes includes Non-Executive Director – Big Banana Pty Ltd, Board Member Cape Byron Trust, Member NSW Tourism Industry Council, Vice President Northern Rivers Rail Trail. Past roles included Chair of the regional tourism organisation for the North Coast of NSW, President of the Regional Advisory Council for the Northern Rivers branch of the NSW Business Chamber.

His area of expertise sits clearly in the accommodation sector having worked across most aspects of tourism related accommodation models, leaseholds, management agreements, Management Letting Rights, Short-Term Letting, Licensed and franchised. He also has a deep knowledge and experience in the product development arena having created multiple new products and businesses in the tourism sector.

An experienced business leader, with over 30 year experience, Mike adds value directly, and via the team to deliver professionalism, efficiency and flexibility to the business.

He is recognised for his excellence in customer service, whether in a consultative capacity to an external client, or internally to divisions within the business. Mike's broad career ensures his position to spearhead the daily financial functions of the business and the accounts team. His wealth and depth of knowledge of Alloggio's financial environment makes him an invaluable member of the finance team. Working directly with Michael Snyman to deliver commercial and strategic finance operations for the Alloggio group, Mike is passionate about ensuring compliant and coherent operations.

Harriet comes from 8 years of extensive experience in the Australian short term holiday rental landscape. Having managed a Sydney based holiday rental agency, Harriet is a true industry all-rounder with expertise across all facets of agency operations, including marketing, sales, trust accounting, PMS systems, website management, OTAs, account management and business development.

Her biggest strength is a keen eye for detail and continual drive for improvement, along with her pragmatism and ability to shift her focus where required. Her deep understanding of the customer and owner experience in the short-term rental environment enables her to envision and drive the operational marketing direction of Alloggio while remaining the stakeholder's advocate, with a focus on customer engagement and market visibility.

Nicole Smith

Nicole Smith

Nicole brings over 18 years’ experience within the hospitality industry and has worked in 4 star hotels within Australia including Melbourne and the Hunter Valley. She knows the hospitality industry from front to back, and started her journey with Alloggio as the Reservations Manager in 2018 before being promoted to Executive Manager in recognition of her strong leadership potential. Nicole oversees more than 15 staff across Regional NSW and Brisbane QLD.

Nicole has a can do attitude and is highly proficient in logistics, problem solving and ensuring great customer service. She recognises staff potential to ensure the team continues to learn and grow.
